Klindex Diamond Grinding Plate

This 140mm diamond grinding plate is made to fit Klindex planetary floor grinders including Levighetor and Planetario series machines. It comes with 5 curved diamond segments, each sized 40×10×10 mm.

We stock three different metal bonds to match your concrete hardness:

• SB (Soft Bond): Best for hard concrete, terrazzo, prevents glazing over
• MB (Medium Bond): General purpose, works on normal concrete, most common choice
• HB (Hard Bond): For soft, porous, abrasive concrete, longer tool life

Available grits: 6#, 16#, 20#, 30# up to 300#. You can start aggressive grinding for coating removal and concrete leveling, then step up grits for honing before polish.

Each plate weighs 0.7 kg. The flexible red rubber backing reduces chatter, gives a smoother grind and protects the machine hub. Run wet or dry depending on your jobsite setup and dust control plan.

Tips from our floor guys: Match bond to your slab. Hard concrete eats hard bond diamonds fast — go SB. Soft concrete will glaze soft bond quickly, so use HB. Medium bond is a safe pick for unknown or mixed hardness concrete.
