This Redi Lock 1T zigzag diamond grinding shoe is built for HTC, Husqvarna and all other grinders that use the standard Redi Lock quick-change system. The single zigzag shaped segment measures 40×13×12 mm. This zigzag design cuts more aggressively and leaves a finer scratch pattern compared to standard straight bar segments.
We offer three metal bonds to match your slab hardness:
- SB Soft Bond: Releases diamonds quickly, best for hard concrete and terrazzo, helps avoid glazing
- MB Medium Bond: General workhorse bond, works well on normal concrete, most popular for mixed jobs
- HB Hard Bond: Slow bond wear, for soft, porous, abrasive concrete, longer service life
Grit options: 1#, 20#, 30# through 300#. You can start heavy coating removal, concrete leveling, then move up grits for honing before polishing. Can be used wet or dry, follow your local dust control rules when running dry.
Pro tip for floor crews: Zigzag segments tend to cut faster but will wear quicker on extra abrasive soft concrete. If you run a lot of soft slab, stick with HB bond to extend tool life.
